Programme Freeze & Early Bird Deadlines

Single conference participation payment details:

Participation only to WORK I early bird payment by 15.7.2021.
Participation only to WORK II early bird payment by 15.9.2021
Participation only to WORK III early bird payment by 24.11.2021.

Several conferences participation payment details:

If you participate all three conferences, WORK I, WORK II and WORK III, pay by 15.7.2021.
If you participate two conferences WORK I and WORK II, pay by 15.7.2021.
If you participate two conferences WORK I and WORK III, pay by 15.7.2021.
If you participate two conferences WORK II and WORK III, pay by 15.9.2021.

Please note that, to confirm their place in the programme, presenting authors must register and pay the registration fee by Programme Freeze dates (15 July / 15 September / 24 November).

Registration info

The registration fees include attendance in the virtual scientific programme, access to lectures and workshops. Please note that all programme will be recorded. The recorded programme will be available for the registered participants on the conference platform for two weeks after the conference. In case you want your presentation to be cut of the session recording, please contact Aboa Congress and Events Services (info@aboaservices.fi)

Link to the virtual event platform will be sent to participants closer to the conference.

Methods of payment

1) Credit card payment

On the registration form choose the credit card payment and fill in the payment card details.

2) Online bank payment (Finnish/Scandinavian banks)

On the registration form choose your bank and you will be forwarded to the payment service.

3) PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer). An invoicing fee of 10 EUR will be added.

A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration.

4) E-invoice (for Finnish organisations only). An invoicing fee of 10 EUR will be added.

An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address.

Please make sure to give the correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 10 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised PDF or e-invoice due to a wrong address, or otherwise modified).

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to info@aboaservices.fi 30 days before the first WORK registered. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 30 will be deducted from all refunds.

In the event that the meeting is cancelled by the Meeting Organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Meeting Organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organiser shall be limited to that refund.
